Cottage Grove Veterinary Clinic is currently welcoming new patients on a limited basis. At this time, we are able to accept pets who live within the South Lane School District and do not currently have an established veterinarian. This allows us to prioritize care for local families who need a veterinary home. We strive to provide the best possible care for your pets while ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for all clients. By seeing patients by appointment only, we’re able to minimize wait times and give each pet the focused, individualized attention they deserve. For new patient appointments, we require prepayment. 

While this may feel unusual, this policy helps us manage our schedule responsibly and ensures we can accommodate as many pets as possible—especially during high‑demand seasons.  Our requirements for annual check‑ups and current rabies vaccinations follow veterinary‑association guidelines and help keep your pet’s health on track. To protect our clients and staff, we also ask that anyone entering the exam room wear a mask. Dr. Damewood is a highly skilled and dedicated veterinarian, and these precautions help safeguard her health and availability for the pets who rely on her. We’re grateful for the opportunity to care for our community’s animals and look forward to welcoming eligible new patients into our clinic family.
