Dr. Carrie Damewood

Dr. Damewood graduated with her DVM from Oregon State University in 1991.  She began working here that October and has been here ever since.  She purchased the clinic from Dr. Jerry Nied in 2002. 

She has been married to her husband Dave since 1987.  They share their home with a very enthusiastic English Springer Spaniel and 4 beloved cats.

When not working, she enjoys gardening, fishing, hiking, and especially scuba diving. She does volunteer work with the Lane County Sheriff's Department Search and Recovery Dive team, and the Oregon Coast Aquarium in Newport.

 Dr. Damewood is an avid scuba diver. We love to hear about her travels and diving adventures. You can view some of her underwater photography in our lobby when you visit!
